Visualizing My Experience At Amal
Amal is a platform where learner’s personal and professional growth is prioritized and He or she is encouraged to take actions to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. This fellowship is more fruitful than i thought and sometimes i think this is the best decision i ever made in life. I learned a lot through online courses and sessions.
I started this wonderful journey at Amal about three months ago and it is about to end now. I learned many new things during this fellowship program that are not taught at universities or schools. I came to know about we can define our goals, leadership skills, kindness, humility, importance of positive and many other new things but what reminds me of the first week are Amal values which were beautifully explained during sessions. These golden principles include growth, acceptance, humility, honesty and responsibility and the following photo shows how i depicted them.
I also remind Awais Farooq Roy (Senior Marketing manager) in the online courses, in the first two weeks.
A most valuable addition to the online courses along his presence makes fruitful, grab people’s attention with his Gratitude that is very impressive and providing us a new sense how to goals smart. When I remember the Amal Academy, my first thought is touch to this man.
For me, the Amal fellowship was primarily about learning the true meaning of leadership in practice. You hear the word leadership everything, but you experience it for the first time in your fellowship. Amal’s basic principles have taken out the other personality in me. I will always try to follow them all and the positivity I have collected in this fellowship is going to stay with me forever.
Besides Amal values, i came to know how we can define our goals to achieve and by making them specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound.
I cannot express my gratitude in words. I am thankful to Amal for making our lockdown less boring and keep us engaging in healthy and creative activities.
Profound Regards!
